Celebrate Truffles are 100% natural chocolates that are created to to help cut your cravings and satisfy your hunger. The instructions indicate that you are to savor 1-2 pieces 20 minutes before each meal. I wanted to experience the "control your appetite" effect, so I enjoyed a cherry truffle approximately 20 minutes before dinner. I loved the texture of the chocolate as it was smooth and easily melted in my mouth (and a little on my hands, too, but that's what napkins are for!). At dinner, I did notice that I did not go for seconds like I usually do.
I do prefer the raspberry and the cherry truffle flavors over the classic dark and light chocolate, but that is due to personal preference.
